Meet the Team

In 1985, I began Montco Woodworks Inc., Mt Sterling, KY, a venture in the cabinet and millworks productions industry.  In 1987, the realization came for the need of more background to facilitate Montco Woodworks and thus ventured to Richmond, KY to begin my collegiate pursuits at Eastern Kentucky University. 

In 1990, I received my real estate license while attending EKU.  I graduated from EKU in the summer of 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Woods and Metals Manufacturing.  Throughout the 90's I continued my real estate sales career and in 1993 began my first home build.  In 1997 began my first residential development and it opened in 1998.  With the developing of residential subdivisions, I acquired many pieces of heavy excavation equipment and have experience in operating all types of excavation equipment including a D9 dozer.  

In the 2000's I purchased a RE/MAX Franchise and received my Auctioneers license and opened an Auction Company.  

In 2005, I married my beautiful wife Lola and we have been together now 18 great years.

In 2006, we acquired a large cattle farm and raised as many as 150 feeder steers in a summer season till they were sold in late fall as 800lb beef steers.    

In 2008 the real estate crash occurred and that adjusted many things and required a re-focus on core businesses, that included developing and home building.  

In 2015, my wife and I took up second residency in Fort Worth, Texas at Southwestern Theological Seminary where we both went to school and I worked remotely assisting in the businesses in KY.  Often I would commute back and forth in this endeavor.  Many frequent flyer miles.

In May of 2018, I graduated from Southwestern Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity degree.  My wife graduated in May of 2019 with a Masters of Counseling degree.  In the spring of 2019 while still working with the businesses in KY, my wife and I did a 3 month interim service of Minister of Education for Kowloon International Baptist Church in Kowloon Hong Kong.  

2021 we ventured into the storage facility business and the new facility was opened in June of 2023. Currently, with developing, homebuilding, facilitating the storage facility and ministry are our daily focuses with a commitment to dedicate more personal time to Christian ministry.
