Allison Payne
My name is Allison Payne and I am a co-owner of Payne Homes and I am responsible for Interior Design and client consultation. My duties at Payne Homes include planning the interior and exterior finishes for our homes. In addition I order materials, quote upgrades, maintain the showroom, do product research to
keep our materials up to date and do data entry in our Builder Trend selections program. Some of my accomplishments at Payne Homes were the design of a working showroom and setting up the selections program in the Builder Trend program. I've also successfully guided hundreds of buyers through the selections process. Some of the awards l've received for our homes are

In my personal time, I like to garden, do home projects, kayak on the local lakes and streams and take walks with my dog. I have two grown sons, Jacob and Ethan. Jacob lives in Texas and Ethan is in Richmond. We get together as often as possible!
